Vintage 1930’s silk velvet blue bolero jacket

This is an impeccably maintained 1930’s original silk velvet bolero jacket in midnight blue with a tie almost at the very bottom but not quite. Beneath is the bolero puffs out like a skirt and is very Romeo and Juliette. There are no holes or stains and please look at all the photos as I put great time into showing you the true beauty of this garment which was either handmade or lost the tag over the years. It’s made of silk velvet and the lining is silk too I believe.
