Victoria's Secret Pink Black and White Plaid Dress

This is seriously the cutest dress ever! Black and white plaid with 3/4 length sleeves, a collar, and adorable ruffles at the bottom. There are three buttons in the front and the sleeves also have buttons. There is a tear on one of the sleeves but is not noticeable due to its location where the fabric buttons.
