Knock ‘em dead in this gorgeous vintage empire waisted blue velvet vintage dress. Definitely one of a kind! The velvet feels very luxurious, in excellent vintage condition. The bodice is lined in a contrasting acetate lining. The hem and cuffs were all hand sewn (see photos). Fits like a Large. No tags, as I believe it was tailor-made for someone fabulous (see measurements photo)! Measurements laying flat: Bust 19” High waist 16.5” So couture. Very Vampire’s Wife. 💖

emmapeel @cantabrigiana Sorry for the delayed response, I was out of town. The bicep area measures 6 1/2 inches laying flat, so approximately 13 inches around. They are fitted sleeves.
