immortalpheonix @lisapowers41 I had another one of my Christmas packages get lost in the mail. Unfortunate how USPS is right now. They must be overwhelmed. I will contact the buyer who has your scarf. Did you print the new label and ship the jacket? She was supposed to print and ship the scarf. I don’t have the tracking numbers Bc Poshmark said they sent you both new labels in order to swap the items. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m so sorry this happened. I will contact the other buyer as well.

immortalpheonix @lisapowers41 she has your scarf. I just reviewed the case comments and she posted a photo of it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ said she got the wrong item and Poshmark issued her a new label on the 3rd. Saying the case is resolved. I see her jacket arrived on the 14th and is still pending acceptance. Says she has three full days. She was last active on Poshmark on the 9th. She hasn’t responded to any of my questions about whether she shipped it out.

I have asked several times if she shipped it and she hasn’t answered. 😔 hopefully you will get the scarf and a refund ! Sorry this didn’t go more smoothly.

immortalpheonix @lisapowers41 I just sent Poshmark a message with a phot where she said she would ship the scarf back to you and asked them to refund your money Bc she never returned it even though she got your jacket. It is possible it got lost but it looks like she just never mailed it. Hopefully they will give your money back ASAP I sent the message five minutes ago.

They also said they are keeping an eye on her to make sure this doesn’t become a habit. 😬 I’m glad they refunded Bc they said they don’t do it for swapped labels. I will never make this mistake again. I was in a rush Bc of the holidays I had quite a few packages to ship and put the wrong label on those two. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m so sorry that happened. Thanks for being so understanding.
