Floral Prom Dress /Sweet Sixteen Dress

I wore this dress to my sweet sixteen almost two years ago and it hasn’t been worn since. The top is sparkly and black, there is a removable snap on piece I had made to cover up the chest area. You can take it on and off as you please to show or cover whatever you like! The back is low and open. The bottom is black with a beautiful pink rose print. This dress is a size 6. I’m 5’8” and did not hem the dress at all.
