I mailed a buyer the wrong item (which is worth much more than what she bought) and she refuses to mail it back... Posh will not do anything about it either.... I had a few sales on the same day and mixed up the labels... can you believe the buyer refuses to mail back the purse that doesn't belong to her? And Posh wont even contact her to request she mail it back.... I am so disappointed in both.

@mdadams517 I’m sorry for what happened to you, it’s so sad that posh is not able to help you resolve this. Have you tried to contact posh and asked to speak with an upper management? There is got to be a way they can help you. If you would have sent the wrong item to your benefit they would do something so why not now.

I know... its terrible...they requested that I ask the buyer to contact them. Now if she wont contact me or respond to my requests my would she contact them? She purchased a $140 item and received a $1,100 purse.... and isnt honest enough to mail it back to me so I can make things right with the other buyer... Posh said once she accepts the order its final.

@mdadams517 AND.,,, this girl decided to " list me 3 listings in her closet about me being a thief a scammer AND she had my ADDRESS and profile picture posted.. I must have sent Posh a MINUNUM of 20 emails asking them to remove it 5 weeks went by I was so pissed they didn't bother

I then pulled a real good one back THEN I started to get such venomous hate mail from others it was horrible I finally sent them another letter and said if you don't take her listing down with my address available to the public - and anything happens to me -its on YOU after ignoring my request .. ALOt more went down but she is now suspended
