H&M sheer shimmer pleated skirt is in good condition, no rips, holes or stains. It has a little bit rubbing to the fabric along the waist (see last photo). Sheer part is black gold shimmer color, lining is black. Elastic waist, no zipper or button. Material: body - 55% polyester, 45% metalized fiber, lining - 100% polyester. 14.5" across relaxed waist, 18" length.
