Vintage brass JCPenny 70's belt buckle

So much character in this old, oxidized, brass, JCPenny belt buckle. Could have cleaned but so many people love their breasts this way. It can easily be cleaned if you like. Three and a half inches wide two and a quarter inches from top to bottom.
