NWT Express Black Mini Dress w Open Buckle Cutouts

New with tags Express black strapless mini/bodycon dress with cutouts winding down both sides outlined in silver metal (looks like open buckles). Size Small. Measures 13.5” armpit to armpit & is 27” long. The top has elastic & can stretch to about 15” wide. Super cool & sexy dress! I purchased this on Poshmark (but it’s too big) for $46 & the tag has a black line through it to prevent returning. Machine washable! Measurements in pics too. Original price was $88! From a non smoking home too:).
