This item was at one time silver palazzo pants with an elastic waste. Due to over exhausted elastic and worn hems, I reformed this piece to cuffed shorts with a drawstring finished waist. Drawstring is made of brown twill cotton and brown suede tassels with silver metal cap. Snagging has occurred (image 8). Garment is in good condition. 68% rayon, 32% nylon.
Measurements Laying Flat: waist at widest 20", rise 14", inseam 2.5".

Hi! When you say the waist is 20” at widest, does that mean you were stretching it? What is the waist measurement when it’s just laying flat without any tension? Thanks!

@i_can_feel yes, the widest point the garment can extend laying flat is 20”. I hope that is helpful and please ask more. I want to clear up any confusion.

@i_can_feel Being fully stretched it is 20” laying flat ( 40” waist circumference). Due to the adjustable drawstring it’s can be less than that. Let me know if that doesn’t make sense.
