aquintili @forwardmotion yes the coat is lined! I did notice a tear in a seam of the lining (picture added)....sorry I didn’t see this before. The arms are 24.5 inches from shoulder to end. The chest is 17.5 from armpit to armpit.

aquintili @kim_newman yes the tear is in the lining. I meant to sew it but it wasn’t noticeable and I typical forgot it was even there :)

aquintili @kim_newman picture added! For reference I am about 5’7”. As mentioned the lining is ripped under one arm and is pulling under the other. Unfortunately I think I know I ripped it when trying to reach for a parking ticket in my garage. Please let me know if you have any other questions! No issues/rips or stains on the outside - just along the seam inside
