bugsey2 @cmrncrzy16 Hi Victoria, They are packaged and I’d rather not break up the packaging. The waistband is about an inch thick and the pants are super stretchy. I’d recommend a (L). The best part is you can wash them but I’ve never washed mine. They are super comfy with a lot of give🌷😎
