luvme5woofs @mtwayland14 Hi Meagan. Boutique means an item has been purchased wholesale or directly from a distributor and is being sold to the public for the first time. And I suppose if you handcraft something yourself and sell it it would also be boutique but that is not the case as I’m not that talented 😀
