@tinatamayo hi, crinoline is on the bottom built in where it flairs out and there are built in bra cups. It has a matching shawl. All of our dresses are very well made and of good quality.

@tinatamayo length is about 5 feet 9-10 inches.. its standard length. The dresses are already made in only the navy blue. Size 4 is sold out as we sell in other places but I do have a 6 and it's only 1 inch difference in size so it won't make a difference. If that works you can order that size ..
