Bill levkoff dress

Beautiful one shoulder short dress. It has hidden cups within the bodice. Top is fitted with an aline skirt and hidden zipper. There are 4 layers to the skirt. Worn once. Hoping to find a good home for this dress. ❤️. It’s a size 4 but fits like a 2. Dress was shorten since I’m on 5”2’ and wanted it to hit above my knees Skirt is 18” long Waist is 12.5” flat Top is 16” to waist. Reasonable offers welcome.
