This is a lovely colorful strapless dress from Tibi. It's lined, has a side zipper and boning in the bodice. Fabric content: 97% cotton, 3% spandex. Lining: 65% polyester, 355 cotton. Size: 4 but runs small. I would say it's a 0/2 check measurements and allow for ease. Length: 29" Bust: 33" Waist: 26" Hip: 36" Condition: Excellent.
