holts6family @natlee06 Hi! That is a little bit subjective... :) The restricting part would be the where the buckle is at the top. I will measure that out for you on the loosest setting for maximum circumference.

holts6family @mrstrout Hi! Yes, these are really amazing @ only worn once or twice tops! There is a pic with lots of measurements in it 👍🏻 There are also the buckles which make the top portion a tiny bit adjustable. Let me know if those are not sufficient for what you need 🙂 Thanks for looking!
