larisa10101 @dangergirl879 The size is true to size. The size chart I have just does not go to 28D. I don’t wear bras so I am not familiar with all the sizes. From what I know a D cup is usually a larger size, so that is why I recommended a larger size. Since they are true to size whatever size you normally are in a top or other bikinis should be good :)
