DYI black sparkle leggings

These leggings are great for your workout or for around town! Lots of life left in them but they’ve also been pre loved. Please note piling and small hole on crotch. Can be easily fixed but a seamstress I am not! No other rips or tears in fabric. In great shape otherwise! Stretchy material, not fitted. Super soft fabric. Waist- 13”, inseam 27” approx
