newlife2015 I usually wear a 10, but for some reason this style runs bigger on me. I bought a pair of 9.5 and they fit perfect. Do you have any 9.5 ?

simplelifewilso @newlife2015 oh no... these should fit true to size because Nike; as a company, produces highly consistent products. This is why we sell primarily Nike products. I wish we could find a way to ensure you get what you want. Unfortunately there army many protections for us as buyers and sellers without a confirmed transaction. We can try opening a case if you would like. We can take back unused or otherwise unworn items ONLY. Did your item happen to qualify for premium shrink wrap protection ?

newlife2015 @simplelifewilso some Nike’s I wear 9.5 and some in 10. These unfortunately are just too big. I don’t know what you mean by shrink wrap protection? They have never been worn. I just tried them on that is all

But we can either open a case or you could resale these shoes as they are a hot item and will easily resale for what you paid as this item retails for $170. They are still NWT condition as you have described.
