hobodeluxe @thetaylorfinds When my dad was in middle or early high school on Bainbridge, he had a pet squirrel named Charlie Squirrel. They were pals... and then one day it went to live with an old man in a little cabin in the woods. I used to love those Charlie Squirrel stories!

hobodeluxe @wrosegold Ha! My dad actually had a pet squirrel in high school. He found a baby squirrel with a broken leg and nursed it back to health. Charlie Squirrel. One day, he went to live with an old man in a cabin in the woods. And then later with someone else. He must have been so cute!!!

Hahaha I love squirrels 🐿 We have 7 that come in and out of our place to get their treats, food and clean water. 2 of them named Terry & Earl are the friendliest & climb on me. Earl actually kisses my big Maine Coon thru the door screen!!! Im gonna follow you just cuz youre a squirrel lover 🥰 Love finding fellow animal lovers 😊

Although, he wasn’t brave enough to go kissing Maine Coons through wire mesh or anything else! 🐿🌬 // Your closet is fantastic, by the way! hobodeluxe @vcook302 Oh, lucky!!! We saved a little baby squirrel once with a broken leg and he drank out of the TINIEST bottle. But animal rehab came and took him to the “squirrel rehab center” and off he went back into the world. They’re just the best little animals ever!

vcook302 @hobodeluxe that’s what I do. Our goal is to always raise & release but every now and again you get the ones for whatever reason can’t go back into the wild. You’re an angel for saving the little one.

1squirrelgirl Definitely! I’ve been doing orphan baby wildlife for about 15 years... mostly fluff butts (squirrels) with the occasional opossum thrown in the mix! I just adore them!
