Sparkle at twilight in this indigo blue formal occasion dress w/teal blue underskirt. Size S. The color is a rich, deep midnight indigo blue with sparkles. The underskirt is a regal, teal/turquoise, blue which peeks through the sparkly dark indigo layer for an enchanting effect. Photos just don't show the sparkle very well.
