Used condition, has some wear & tear/flaws as pics try to show. Stretchy. Bust: 18" wide stretches to about 29". Color is blue in my opinion but you may see it differently so do not hold me to color please. . All Measurements are shown in pics, Measurements are most of the time spot on but can be off by a little, so please do not hold me to any of these measurements, they are just a rough estimate. . Please do not come back on me if the color of item is a shade or 2 different in person then what the pics captured, It is not always the easiest to get the right color captured on cam. .
