It’s a hand sewn cotton frock top for baby girl. Fabric is cotton v nice and breathable fabric suitable for summer weather. 6-9 months is 13 inches top to hem, 11.5 inches is armpit to armpit , sleeves are 7 inches approx. 9-12 months is 15.5 inches long. Sleeves are 8 inches armpit to armpit is 11.5 2T is 20 inches long, armpit to armpit is 14 inches. Sleeves are 9 inches 😍
