This dress is GORGEOUS! The color alone is so pretty! The material is super soft and silky like. The fit and flare style is so flattering. I just love the pleating of the top and skirt. The dress is new without tags - it does still have the Nordstroms return policy tag but not the price tag. It fell off and I cannot locate it now. I would say this dress fits true to size. The length is perfect - I am 5' 7" with pretty long legs and the bottom hem hits an inch or two above the knee.
