chrysalisshop @doly02 If you are just responding to a message that has already been left, say under the item listing that you are discussing, then all you need to do is press reply. But that is if someone has already initiated the conversation. If you are leaving a comment for the first time, it is best to place it under the listing they are inquiring about, and then you’d press the “comment” button u der that listing, and it will bring you to a blank screen.
