These are so cute for wearing when it's raining outside but also for any reason! I personally never like how rain boots look on me, so these are such a great option when you still want to look cute and it's wet outside. Shiny black vinyl, with a contrast tan platform sole and large tread on the bottom. Ankle height with elastic at the side to pull on. Chunky stacked heel. *it does have some scuffs on the back heels - see last pictures. Not too noticeable in my opinion. Size 7.
