hellogorgeousnb @babyjane24 Ok the waist straight across is 14 inches. Remember this is a high waisted bottom. The straps are completely adjustable, like you would adjust a bra (long or short) The top clips in the back like a bra and the front is tied so you can tie it however tight you need it.
