tfaske @modstitch ...could you measure armpit to armpit? This would give me the bust size which is what I need and the waste on the large? I am a size 8 but a DD. Small won’t work. I have 3 girls who would like 1. Does it have a lot of stretch or is it not very stretchy?

modstitch @tfaske the fabric itself isn’t stretchy, but the smocked waist stretches to 20” across (40” circumference), this would be the bust measurement as well. The hips are 27” across, it’s a flowy dress. These are measurements for the large. 💕
