(Urban outfitters) Pins and needles floral romper

Short, fun and flowy romper. I loved styling it with a tall black boot! I wear xs/s now so it's baggy in the waste area for me, I would pin it together or wear a cute clench belt to complete the outfit if you have a smaller frame!
