Gorgeous fairytale floaty full chiffon skirt lace hem w slip underneath. Gathered bust w ruching is double lined & double straps. Waist is silk w flower detail more flowers on skirt. Seams of waist are ripped approx 2-3” each side shown, they are directly on the seam, so easy to fix. L 40 w 14 B 15 has some stretch waist does not. Tag says 32 will fit a small. Slightly off-white. Fabric is nylon according to the tag.
