Posh people posh administrators pls help me... scammer here accused me of sending a lane Bryant jacket which I have never seen . Sent her my black EUC lululemon align crops😭😭😭 I have tracking number with weight in it as I keep by mailing receipts . Weight shows 8 oz obviously a lane Bryant jacket size 14 place in a priority box won’t weigh only 8oz. And what’s WORSE? Posh took her side😡She takes my align crops,keep her money & send me her own lane Bryant jacket? I DEMAND JUSTICE POSH😡😡😡

luvx3 The POSH customer service sucks! I sent a brand new pair of Free People sandals to someone and they literally cut the suede to say it was damaged just to return for fit, change of mind, whatever? Anyway, I sent pictures of the Sandal to reflect no damage and they took her side. Thank God I had different photos posted on another selling site to capture the correct angle. Regardless, I cannot believe they allowed it. I video everything now:( Posh should buy my damaged brand new sandals.

kabobattiffanys @melots Someone once sent back a pair of shoes I had marked 39, and she said she is a 9.5, hence don't fit. Posh took their side. Same thing with another pair of shoes that were 39.5, but the buyer got them and said they felt like a 38, but it was OBVI a 39.5 (on the shoebox and receipt and shoe tongue), There has to be some protection for the seller if they mark the item as the true size, and then the buyer has a weirdly shaped foot (like a hoof? idk haha)

melots @kabobattiffanys hahahah... posh often takes side of the buyer even the reasons for return are unrealistic ... hehheh... had a recent return coz buyer wants the color of stock photo than color of my item and posh took her side!!! Imagine that😡 and yeah shoes are also difficult. They can return if doesn’t fit. Whew!!!

ladyarcher907 @melots hi there ! The same thing happened to me I ofwteb send free matching items to buyers . In this case a tank top . The buyer bought my aligns and I have her a free power Y to match. When she got it she claimed I sent her “ wrong item “ stating there was just a tank top in package ! She kept my Aligns AND GOT A REFUND OF 100 ! I got my tank back as she had to send something back . Needless to say I don’t send free items anymore . 1 member spoiled it for all my buyers . Shame on posh

laura_lately I am so sorry this happened to you. Now, as a buyer I have had my fair share of awful purchasing experiences & they were 100% legitimate. Items were stained or defective in some way & the sellers (different ones unfortunately) never mentioned the issues with the items prior to purchasing. I was reading the other comments below & I can’t understand for the life of me why a buyer would purposely destroy an item they bought just to return it. Makes no sense...

laura_lately *continued* On another note I believe Poshmark still doesn’t recommend trading bc there’s no paper trail for it. I traded maybe once when I was new on Posh many moons ago but realized it was not a good idea. I know your case was closed & happened awhile ago but I would still reach out to them & say you lost this amount of money bc of the decision they made & it’s not sitting well with you. It’s worth a shot to anyway. Hope things have been working out better for you since then! Xoxo

laura_lately I see she is still on here. Selling a pair of size 4 & saying she prefers a size 6 (which I assume she has now bc she has yours). And I realize you didn’t do a trade with her which is even more messed up. Posh should’ve looked @ your closet & seen that you didn’t have a Lane Bryant jacket even listed which is very suspicious bc why would you randomly send her that? Was there a comment thread between you two where you talked about the transaction?
