@glamedge no they’re just the extra threads on top that are loose. There is no hole forming or anything. I know they can fix that super easily

@glamedge this happened to my other leggings too and I didn’t notice on these until you said something! But I just took them into the store and showed them what was wrong and they kept them there and fixed them and they were ready in less than a week!
