Green Button Up Jacket

SIZE 14, BUT FITS LIKE A SIZE 8-10. Never worn. My mom bought this for me years ago, but it is not my style. Prominently green with blue flowers. This blouse is made of very soft material and is light and comfortable. All 13 buttons up the front. 3 buttons on each sleeve.
