Forever 21 Halter Maxi Dress Boho Print SP

Beautiful dress. Rich colors which I could not capture with my camera. 49” long. Couple lines in the back which is print from the manufacturer but looks like stains...again this is part of the print and inside has what looks like rips on sides of breast area (dee photo) but nothing that is seen and this is how I bought it, maybe they are there to insert breast pads which I don’t have.
