Express // Black-White-Yellow Mini Skirt

A-line style black/white/yellow patterned mini skirt by Express Design Studios. Size S. Has pockets! Lined with an elastic waist. *Skirt has been taken in at the waist with two darts - see picture. Now measures 13 inches at the waist lying flat. Measures approx. 18 inches in length. *Two stains, one tiny one at the top and a larger one a few inches from hem by the left-side seam, see last two pictures. Stains are fairly faint and seem to blend into the pattern of the skirt.
