I purchased from this seller and she never shipped the item. Now im waiting for Poshmark to confirm to get my money back. What a mess. I should have known. She has multiple listings of the same thing and didnt have any reviews. I reached out to other buyers. They reported the same thing. They never got their order and its a mess to get their money back. Pls watch out Now she blocked me.

stacyk1987 If this doesn’t ship in 7 days (ie it doesn’t start tracking in the app) you can cancel the order under problems/order inquiry -> order delayed. It will also list the date when you can cancel.

joanne225 No worries , when you buy on Poshmark if seller dont ship you can cancel the order after 7 days and the money will go back to your account . Those kind of scammer can’t get crap if buy on here .

vernel I had that problems two weeks ago when I purchase a pair of Tory Burch fro Scammer on here another buyer contacted me because she said she just had brought the same shoe from her we both went through her comments and found she has been doing that For awhile screen shot and reported everything of course they wanted me to wait 7 days and I complained and order was cancel obey return pus they gave me a 10.00 credit

misstahoe2204 Keep on pushing Poshmark to help you get your money back. If not, then Poshmark will give you some credit. I had a bad experience buying a pair of black tory burch sandals. Within 48 hours, inside of the sandals were peeling. I reached out to the buyer & they kept on saying, it was an authentic TB sandals. The buyer declined to give my money back. So I kept on sending messages to Poshmark about what occurred & they did give me at least 75% of my purchase. It was better than nothing.

sbgaf It disgusts me that people do this ! I hope Poshmark comes through for you . I saw yesterday about someone here claimed the LV bag she sold was authentic , and when the woman who purchased it from her brought it to the store for a repair , they told her it was a fake LV bag . Unfortunately , she’s now in the same boat you are . I just started on Poshmark, and I am being really cautious . I hope you ladies get your money back , and their accounts are closed . Good luck !
