Lightweight pleated skirt

Navy and white skirt with wide waist and pleated bottom. Never worn. Flexible material, soft with zipper in back. Material doesn’t seem to wrinkle, hit right before knee. Great for work or non-pants occasions without being too sexy or form-fitting. Size 8. Can easily fit larger due to cut and free flowing waist cut.
