kscurtul @nawtyshopaholic hey beautiful! I got in trouble. Had a buyer that bought 300$ worth merchandise bundle, had asked me to send it as soon as possible. After got a tracking number he canceled the order!!! So the order is on the way, but Poshmark cancelled the payment and entire order even after it was sent to the buyer. They don’t answer... I’m lost. How could Poshmark do that... not even notifications to the seller... I don’t know what to do...

nawtyshopaholic @kscurtul hi hon, not sure how the buyer can cancel the order after tracking is done. Best bet to contact Poshmark again, sometimes they are slow but they eventually write back! They are your best bet to sort that one. Sounds a bit scammy and sorry you are dealing with that! But yes keep on Poshmark to sort ASAP! Best of luck hon 🙏🏻

kscurtul @nawtyshopaholic I wrote 3 emails... no answer... I’m devastated... He canceled the order an hour after it start tracking... that’s what I don’t understand!! How poshmark did that without contacting me before, it’s outrageous. The order will be delivered tomorrow/ the day after tomorrow... and they don’t answer... obviously it’s a scam, since the buyer talked to send the order as fast as possible ( it was Sunday) ... and now disappeared...

kscurtul @nawtyshopaholic I did... but it says it’s not sure that it can be done. A lot of people say that this service at USPS is poor... and the order is suppose to be delivered today already. Most likely the interception that I’ve requested is not gonna go through. Poshmark is not answering the emails. I have another order that the buyer is holding at the post office for a long time already and doesn’t respond to me either. I don’t know how to continue selling here...

nawtyshopaholic @kscurtul I scrutinize every profile before I accept an order it even block any if I think they even look scammy. Sorry it’s unfortunate that it happened to you. These apps have to have a better support system and be somewhat accountable. I wouldn’t give up on speaking to someone at Poshmark!
