Halogen chiffon work dress

Beautiful Halogen blue print chiffon dress. I never wear it so I’m hoping it finds a good home. Few snags in chiffon but overall excellent condition. Zipper closure in back. Completely work appropriate. Great for apple shapes. Size 16. Flat lay measurements approx Waist: 17.5” Chest: 21” Length: 38-39”
