This is a new with tags Isani for Target Dress. Size Large left only. Lightweight free flowing sleeveless dress. High neck with a pleat at the neck. Green and blue background with white floral print. Zipper in the back top center. No belt loops. The skirt is lined. No pockets measurements. Large underarms across is 18 inches. Total length is 38 inches. Waist is 16 inches. Outer shell and lining are both 100% polyester.
