Does this look like a denim fabric or more like a navy cotton dress? What is the measurement from armpit to armpit and shoulder to bottom of dress?

Hi, it actually feels more like a linen even though it’s cotton. Armpit to armpit flat is 17” and top to bottom is 35” I hope that helps!💕😊
