Anthropologie Akemi + Kin Riviera Tassled Dress

Size XS - NWOT (new without tags.) I’m 5’3” and it’s like a maxi on me. One strap actually ties on the side and is not meant to be woven through the back, although you could. Approx 16.5 in pit to pit (you can tighten and loosen it) and about 37 in long in front and 41 in long in back from where the strap ends at the top of the dress to the longest point.
