thechainguy @rosemarielawley yes. For returns, I would not pay shipping. I’m willing to swap out the items but when you claimed for a return, I should’ve gotten a shipping label.

thechainguy @rosemarielawley I 100% will be sending you all three pieces. I’ve been jacked around by people before which is why I have empathy for the situation. But it’s also why I have to hold to business code and know that I will do my best to help the circumstance outside of putting myself in a poor position.
