SALE Excellent Vintage Blue appliqué Formal Prom Dress

gorgeous! It’s been in my family for awhile and the only tags I could find were pictured. only times it was ever actually worn was my aunt to her prom in the mid 90s in Santa Monica (guessing that’s the area the dress was too) and then last year my little sister wore it to her homecoming! This dress is in pristine condition! It doesn’t even look 20 yo. All the lace and bead work is flawless and perfect. 3 layers of full circle cut skirts. Needs to be dry cleaned. my sis is size 4 for reference
