SPARKLY Black Cocktail/Party Dress by La Belle

MUST LOVE GLITTER!!! Super fun black dress with asymmetric hemline and amazingly cool silver sparkles in a swirly design ALL over the dress! NWT. I never found the perfect occasion to wear it, and now my style has changed. Time to re-release it into the wild!! The dress is in perfect shape as I bought it new and never wore it.
