Wrapper Herringbone Dress

EUC ~ Never Worn~only tried on~ A stunning blue and black herringbone designed dress. It has a round scoop neck and is sleeveless and is lined with black material. One small snag noted lower on the dress as seen in the pictures. Approximate flat measurements Shoulder to hem 41” Armpit to armpit 13”
