Beaded Clutch

I think this is a vintage bag but I'm not sure. It is a black bag covered on one side with a hodge podge of beads and butterflies. Unfortunately there are two places where the beads are missing *see photos 6&7. It would be easy enough to replace the missing beads with new ones. The inside, the frame and the shoulder chain are in pristine condition. It snaps closed tightly. There is one inside pocket.
