I added a picture of me modeling the dress. I bought it as my wedding dress but decided to wear a different dress. It’s too big for me, and I had the fabric tucked in the belt in the back to get a sense for how it would fit once it was altered. It’s a stunning dress, I wish I could get married again just so I can have the chance to wear it! 😂

Wow, beautiful dress and in new condition. To think someone never wore this beautiful dress! Going to share with my followers for sure!

@classic_threds thanks for the share!

Are there seams down both sides? I would also need to alter it and thinking about where to best do that to not ruin the lace, if it's continuous. What a gorgeous dress.

Also, love that you're standing on a bathtub edge in, are those heels? Ahaha ; ) That's me trying to make it all work.

@drretro haha! Thanks! Let me check on the seams later tonight and get back to you 😊

@drretro @drretro hi again! There are seams on both sides, and the zipper runs along the left side as well. I added a couple pictures and can add more if there are more details you’d like to see. I’d love to see this dress go to a good home so please send an offer if you’re interested. 😊

Thank you for sending. The photos help a lot. Any chance you have torso measurements as well (waist to shoulder)? How tall are you?
caitlnrose
@drretro From the waist to the neckline it’s 17”, whereas from the waist to the seam where the shoulder meets the sleeve it is 16.” I’m 5’7.” Let me know if you have any other questions 🙂

Ooof, I'm 5'2" and with a short-torso. That torso length will need some work . . . ugh, it's so pretty. I need to study the photos and consider. Thank you for indulging me.

@drretro no problem!

I think tag says size 10 and wedding dresses typically run small. Can you tell me what size equivalent this would be?
