@jys4 yes, they do have a water resistant finish and hold up very well in wet conditions. They are heavy duty so they do provide warmth in cold weather. I own a pair myself and I really like that they have great traction also. I feel more stable when walking on uneven or slippery surfaces such as ice and snow. 🙂
